I know… I know. ‘But Chris,’ you’re thinking, ‘the cover for The Italian Screwjob has been up on Amazon for literally months!’
And… you’re not wrong. Longer pre-order periods mean cover reveals are mostly a thing of the past. Especially since I like to share the artwork as soon as I get it. But the truth is, I was planning to have a full blog post entry up this week, and the intended topic just never came together. So, here we are.
Luckily, there is one version of the cover that you haven’t seen yet… and that’s because it was only finalized this week. Mostly because I didn’t have a firm page count until this week. That’s right… I can at least reveal the print cover of The Italian Screwjob in all its John-ly glory1!
So, without further ado… here it is!
The beta is still ongoing, but so far, the feedback has been fabulous (and helpful). You can even read a few advance reviews over on Goodreads.
The Italian Screwjob is a monster of a book… which is all too fitting since it also has quite a few monsters within its pages. I can’t wait for you to meet them!
I’ll be back later this month with the first few chapters of the book as we count down to the March 15 release.
Newsletter? Newsletter!
If you’ve read this far, you’ve got gumption, kid. In fact, you’re just the kind of person that would make an awesome subscriber to my newsletter. Come join the fun!
And by fun, I mean “be alerted when new books are available.” If this site’s blog posts are my monthly, in-depth, fact-heavy shareholders’ reports, the newsletters are my far-less-frequent, carefully crafted pseudo-tweets, skipping all the nitty gritty to tell you what you actually want to know: what’s new and how you can get it.
I promise that I will never spam you… because spamming takes effort, and I am way, way too busy for that.
